Terms & Conditions
These are the rules for using financeauthorityhub.com. In short: our content is education, not advice. You may read it and share it, but not copy or scrape it. We limit our liability as far as the law allows. Using the site means you agree to these terms, so please read them.
The plain-English summary
This summary helps you understand the terms. The full terms below are what apply.
Education, not advice
Nothing here is personal financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Talk to a licensed professional before you decide.
Use it for yourself
You are welcome to read our guides and use our calculators for your own learning and planning.

Rates and rules change. Confirm any important number with the official source before you rely on it.
We earn from ads and links
Some links may pay us a commission, and we show ads. Neither changes how we assess a product.
Our liability is limited
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from decisions based on our content.
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of financeauthorityhub.com (the “Site”) and everything on it.
“We”, “us”, and “our” mean KCS Global Group, which publishes Finance Authority Hub from Durg, Chhattisgarh, India. “You” means anyone who uses the Site. “Content” means all text, articles, guides, calculators, tables, data, graphics, and other material on the Site.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Financial Disclaimer, and Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site. You can read more about us on our About page.
2. Accepting these terms
By using the Site, including reading Content, using a calculator, following a link, or emailing us, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you use the Site for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please stop using the Site. If we change the Terms, your continued use after the change means you accept the updated version (see section 15).
3. Education only, not advice
Nothing on the Site is personal financial, investment, tax, legal, insurance, or retirement advice. Our Content explains how financial products, markets, and rules work in general. It is not tailored to your circumstances, goals, tax position, or tolerance for risk, and what is accurate for one person may not suit another.
Before you make a significant financial decision, get advice from a suitably qualified, licensed professional. In the United States you can check an adviser or broker’s registration and history on the SEC’s Investment Adviser Public Disclosure site (opens in a new tab) and on FINRA BrokerCheck (opens in a new tab). Our Financial Disclaimer sets out these limits in full.
If a licensed professional reviews an article, they do so in an editorial role only. That review does not turn the article into personal advice, and the reviewer does not advise you or take responsibility for your decisions.
We are a publisher, not a regulated firm. We do not:
- hold, manage, or give access to any account, investment, or financial product;
- give personal advice or personal recommendations;
- carry out or arrange transactions in financial instruments;
- accept deposits or provide credit;
- act as an insurance agent, mortgage broker, lender, or loan originator.
If we link to a product through an affiliate link, that product is provided by a separate firm under its own licenses and terms. We are not responsible for that firm’s regulated activities.
4. Accuracy and currency
We take great care to keep our Content accurate. Our Research Methodology and Fact-Checking Policy explain how. But we do not promise that the Content is always accurate, complete, or current, or free of errors.
- Rates, tax brackets, limits, and rules change often. Content that was right when published or last reviewed may be out of date now.
- A team of seven cannot review every page at the same moment, so some pages may lag behind the latest changes.
- Errors can reach publication despite our checks. We correct them as described in our Complaints & Corrections Policy.
Always confirm any figure, rate, threshold, or requirement with the primary source, such as the agency or provider, before relying on it for a decision. Treat our Content as a starting point for your own research, not the last word.
5. Who the Site is for
The Site is written for readers in the United States and describes US federal rules, US financial products, and US planning concepts. State rules can differ from the federal framework we usually describe.
You are responsible for deciding whether Content applies to your residency, tax position, and circumstances. If you read the Site from outside the United States, the Content may not be relevant or accurate for your country, and you should rely on local sources and a local professional. We do not promise that Content covers every federal, state, or local rule that may affect you.
6. What you may do
Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Site for your personal, non-commercial education and information. You may:
- read the Content and use it for your own financial learning and research;
- print a single copy of a page for your personal reference;
- share a link to any page by email or social media;
- quote up to two sentences in news or commentary, with clear credit to Finance Authority Hub and a link to the source page;
- use our calculators for your own planning, subject to the notes shown with each tool;
- contact us by email with a genuine inquiry.
Any other use, including commercial use or republication, needs our prior written permission. Ask at contact@financeauthorityhub.com.
7. What you may not do
You must not:
- copy, republish, or distribute Content in any medium, online or in print, without our written permission;
- scrape, crawl, or systematically extract Content with bots, scripts, or other automated tools without written permission;
- use Content to train, fine-tune, or build an artificial intelligence or machine-learning model without our written permission;
- frame or mirror the Site, or any Content, inside another website;
- use our name, logo, or brand in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation;
- present our Content as endorsing a specific product, investment, or strategy when we have not done so;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system;
- send us malware, or unsolicited commercial messages;
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including in a way that breaks financial, data protection, consumer protection, or intellectual property law;
- remove or hide any copyright notice or other proprietary notice on Content you print or download.
We may end your access straight away if you break these rules, and you may be legally responsible for any harm.
8. Our content and intellectual property
The Content, including articles, guides, analysis, calculators, tables, graphics, logos, and design, belongs to KCS Global Group or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws in the United States, India, and under international agreements.
Except for the uses allowed in section 6, you may not reproduce, distribute, publish, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Content without our written consent. Trademarks, service marks, and logos on the Site belong to us or are used under license. Nothing in these Terms gives you any right to use them without our written approval.
To ask about using our brand or Content, email contact@financeauthorityhub.com.
9. Calculators and tools
Our calculators give illustrative results from the inputs you enter and the assumptions built into them. They are not forecasts, projections, or personal plans. Small changes in inputs can change a result a lot, and real outcomes can differ.
We work to keep the calculators correct, but we do not promise they are free of errors or right for every situation. Please review important results with a qualified professional before you act. If a result looks wrong, tell us at support@financeauthorityhub.com.
10. Links to other websites
The Site links to websites run by others, such as government agencies, regulators, product providers, and publishers. We provide these links for your information and convenience. A link is not an endorsement.
We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, security, or availability, for any product or transaction on them, or for how they handle personal information under their own policies. You follow a link at your own risk.
11. Ads and affiliate links
We earn money from two sources. If you click an affiliate link and take a qualifying action, such as applying for a product, the provider may pay us a commission. It costs you nothing extra. We also show display ads served by third-party advertising networks.
Neither affects how we assess a product. Pages with affiliate links say so, ads are labeled, and we do not sell reviews, rankings, sponsored articles, or links. Our Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure and Ethics & Transparency page explain this in full, and Advertisers & Partners covers how businesses work with us.
We are responsible for our own editorial Content. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads, which we do not write or approve. If you see a misleading ad, tell us at support@financeauthorityhub.com. You can also report it to the Federal Trade Commission at ReportFraud.ftc.gov (opens in a new tab).
12. Privacy and cookies
How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, and how we use cookies is set out in our Cookies Policy. Both are part of these Terms. Those pages explain your choices, including how to opt out of non-essential cookies.
13. Limits on our liability
Please read this section carefully. It limits what you can claim from us. If you are unsure how it affects you, get independent legal advice before relying on our Content for an important decision.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable to you or anyone else for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary, that arises from or relates to:
- your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its Content;
- your reliance on Content, including any financial decision based on it;
- errors, omissions, or out-of-date information in Content;
- any interruption or unavailability of the Site;
- content on any third-party website we link to;
- any product or service you obtain from a third party through an affiliate link;
- a security breach affecting the Site, unless it is directly caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
In particular, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any financial loss, including loss of investment value, income, profits, savings, or deposits, tax liabilities or penalties, or the cost of professional advice, that arises from your reliance on our Content. Our Content is educational and does not replace personal professional advice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law. To the extent our liability is not excluded above, our total liability to you in connection with the Site, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, will not exceed US $100.
Some states and countries give consumers rights that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in these Terms limits any such right you have under the laws where you live.
14. Your responsibility
To the extent the law allows, you agree to compensate us, our team, and our service providers for claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs that result from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Site, or your use of Content in a way these Terms do not permit.
You are also responsible for the decisions you make with your own money, and for making sure your use of the information on the Site is lawful where you live.
15. Changes, suspension, and ending access
Changes to the Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law or in how we run the Site. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top, and for significant changes we may add a notice on the Site. If you keep using the Site after an update, you accept the updated Terms. The current version is always at financeauthorityhub.com/terms-and-conditions/.
Changes to the Site. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
Ending access. We may suspend or end your access, without notice, if you break these Terms, misuse the Site, try to gain unauthorized access, or use it for anything fraudulent or illegal. When access ends, your license under these Terms ends immediately. Sections 3, 7, 8, 13, 14, and 16 continue to apply afterward.
16. Governing law and disputes
Governing law. These Terms, and any dispute connected with them or with the Site, are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Courts. Subject to the next paragraph, you agree that the courts at Durg, Chhattisgarh, India, will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.
Your consumer rights. If you are a consumer, you may have rights under the laws where you live that a contract cannot take away, including, where applicable, the right to bring a claim in the courts of your home state or country. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
Talk to us first. Please email us about any concern before starting a legal process. Most issues can be settled quickly at contact@financeauthorityhub.com. For a complaint about a specific article, see our Complaints & Corrections Policy.
The rest. If a court finds any part of these Terms unlawful or unenforceable, that part is removed or replaced with the closest valid wording, and the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a term on one occasion, we have not given it up. A waiver only counts if we make it in writing.
17. Contact us
